Responsible Gaming at 9bdtk — Your Protection is Our Priority
9bdtk is with you for a safe, controlled and enjoyable betting experience — from setting limits to self-exclusion, all protection tools in one place.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
9bdtk believes that online gaming is entertainment — not a livelihood or a solution to problems. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your time, money and mental state, and keeping gaming within the bounds of enjoyment.
9bdtk is a trusted platform for players across Bangladesh. To honour that trust, we have prepared multiple responsible gaming tools and support systems. If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, follow the steps below or contact our 24/7 live chat support in Bengali.
Warning Signs
If any of the following signs appear, it is important to take responsible gaming steps:
- Repeatedly placing larger bets to chase losses after losing
- Hiding the amount you play from family or friends
- Failing to meet daily responsibilities
- Borrowing money or breaking savings to fund gambling
- Feeling mentally uncomfortable when not playing
Keep in Mind
Responsible gaming is not just about setting limits — it is a matter of mental wellbeing. 9bdtk never encourages you to bet beyond your means.
9bdtk is only for players aged 21 and above. Underage individuals are completely prohibited from opening an account or playing.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
Set your own limit on how much you deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a longer break, choose self-exclusion — for 3 months, 6 months or permanently. During this period, promotional emails and offers will not be sent to you either.
Loss and Win Limits
Set a loss limit that stops play once you have lost a set amount in a session. When the set amount is reached, your account will automatically end the session.
Age Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is mandatory when opening an account and before withdrawal. This ensures that no underage person can play on 9bdtk.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
9bdtk's responsible gaming policy stands on three core pillars:
1. Awareness
To keep players informed, 9bdtk regularly sends account activity summaries. You can view your betting history and deposit and withdrawal records at any time. This transparency helps you make the right decisions.
2. Control
Responsible gaming means keeping control in your own hands. Tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion on our platform give you that control. Use these features whenever you feel you need them.
3. Support
You never have to face this alone. 9bdtk's 24/7 Bengali live chat support is by your side. If you are concerned about someone you know who has a gambling problem, contact us and we will advise you confidentially.
Protection of Minors
9bdtk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If an underage person could access gaming from your device, use a strong password and remember to log out. Our KYC process verifies that every user is of legal age.
